Quarterly Planning + Recalibration Intensives
Every three months, we'll step out of the day-to-day and look at the business from a wider perspective.
Together we'll assess:

• what's draining energy or capacity
• what's become more complicated than it needs to be
• what's ready to scale
• what's ready to be simplified or released
You'll leave with a clearer direction for the next quarter and a plan that reflects both your goals and your current season.
